The EzReklama Privacy Pledge Statement
At EzReklama, we recognize and respect the importance of privacy. This Privacy Pledge tells you how we will ensure confidentiality and privacy of information that you entrust us with. Access of personal information is limited to authorized personnel only. The information we do collect from you is required to fulfill an order, to confirm order status, and/or to provide on-going service. The information you provide will not be sold, bartered, traded or given to any other parties. EzReklama takes great care to ensure your personal information is either securely stored or if not required, it is then deleted and/or shredded. Our data collection practices comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (Canada) ("PIPEDA").
Further, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to promptly investigate, and if necessary, remedy a problem. The following Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement (the "Agreement") between you ("You" or the “User” or the "Client") and EzReklama regarding the use of our site, registration to our website ("Site") and Services rendered. The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein.
BEFORE YOU CHOOSE TO USE THIS SITE OR SIGN UP ON THE REGISTRATION PAGE, CAREFULLY READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. Children and Teenagers
articlesandblogs.ezreklama.com adheres to the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of The Canadian Marketing Association (See http://www.the-cma.org/?WCE=C=47|K=225849#12) and PIPEDA respecting Consent Provisions and marketing to children and teenagers. EzReklama does not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from or about children under 13 and teenagers under 20 except as permitted by law. If we discover we have received any information from a child under 13 or teenager under 20 in violation of this policy, we will delete that information immediately. If you believe articlesandblogs.ezreklama.com has any information from or about anyone under 20, please contact us at the e-mail address listed further below. Children and teenagers must obtain the approval of a parent (or guardian) in order to publish an article or blog on our site.
A letter of consent of the parent or guardian prior to publishing the article or blog must be sent to our Designated Privacy Official along with the parent’s or guardian’s full name, city and telephone number for follow up purposes.

Code of Conduct and Unacceptable Behavior
You may use our site for lawful purposes only. However, the following is deemed unacceptable use or behavior by the user. In particular, attempting to:
(i) use our site to post, transmit or otherwise distribute unlawful material. Examples of
unlawful material include, but is not limited to, threats of physical harm, defamatory
statements, obscene, hateful or pornographic material, offensive or harassing material.
(ii) use or distribute tools designed for compromising security or taking any action to
compromise the security of this site. Examples of these tools include but are not limited
to password guessing programs, cracking tools or network probing tools.
(iii) "bombard" or disrupt our web site through any means or process.
(iv) use the computer to perpetrate any form of fraud, or content piracy
(v) download any copyrighted, trademarked and other proprietary content without proper
authorization.
(vi) undertake deliberate activities that waste staff effort or networked resources
(vii) introduce any form of computer virus into the corporate network
(viii) sell any article obtained from our directory without written consent from the author. This includes selling articles individually or in a compilation.
Validity of emails, IP addresses, Host Providers and SPAM abusers
Every computer has a unique identifiable Internet Protocol (IP) address, such as 65.74.135.110. Only one valid email (and account username) per IP address is allowed, and your host provider must be transparent to us. Also, you must have a valid deliverable email box address. If we are not able to determine that your email address is a valid deliverable email box address, you will be deleted from our records and blocked from visiting our site again. Further, if we find that your valid email or IP address comes from questionable sites storing lists or databases of usable IP addresses connected to unknown host providers or problematic proxy servers, then you will be deleted from our records and blocked from visiting our site again. Every email has an asociated IP address. Email addresses that fail to get picked up by our traffic feeds, and other visitor tracking meters are considered suspect. High Spam Bot Usage sites such as mail.ru, among others, are banned from visiting our site due to high spam abuse and email addresses with overtones contrary to our Code of Conduct. Your Passwords and Account Security
You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account you use to access our services. Accordingly, you agree that you will be solely responsible to EzReklama for your use of the services including, but not limited to, activities that occur under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or of your account, you agree to notify Ez Reklama immediately.
Languages Policy
We offer our clients’ state of the art advertising features, as well as reliable and secure services in English. As such, our business correspondence is carried out in English. All banner ads, articles and blogs on this site must be placed in English only. Any other language articles and blogs will be deleted. Other language Ads by special permission only. Language of the Terms
Where EzReklama has provided you with a translation of the English language version of the Terms and Policies, then you agree that the translation is provided for your convenience only and that the English language versions of the Terms and Policies will govern your relationship with EzReklama. If there is any contradiction between what the English language version of the Terms and Policies says and what a translation says, then the English language version shall take precedence.
International Users
The systems and services offered on our site are hosted in Canada. If you are a user accessing our site and services from the European Union, South America, Asia, or any other region with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure, that differ from Canada’s laws, please be advised that through your continued use of our site’s services, which is governed by Canadian law, these Terms of Use Agreement and site policy statements, you are transferring your information to Canada and you consent to that transfer.

Intellectual Property Rights.
EzReklama does not endorse any User Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and EzReklama expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with User Content. EzReklama does not permit copyright infringing activities and infringement of intellectual property rights on its website, and EzReklama will remove all User Content if properly notified that such User Content infringes on another's intellectual property rights. EzReklama reserves the right to remove User Content without prior notice and to terminate the Services if Users engage in copyright infringing activities.
Miscellaneous.
The Terms (i.e., the Terms of Use Agreement, Privacy Policy and Submission Guidelines plus any additional Policy Statements) constitute the whole legal agreement between you and EzReklama and govern your use of the services (but excluding any services which EzReklama may provide to you under a separate written agreement), and completely replace and supersede any prior agreements between you and EzReklama, written or oral, in relation to the services.
You agree that EzReklama may provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to the Terms, by email, regular mail, or postings on the web site. You agree that if EzReklama does not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy which is contained in the Terms (or which EzReklama has the benefit of under any applicable law), this will not be taken to be a formal waiver of EzReklama's rights and that those rights or remedies will still be available to EzReklama. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by EzReklama. If any court of law, having the jurisdiction to decide on this matter, rules that any provision of these Terms is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the Terms without affecting the rest of the Terms. The remaining provisions of the Terms will continue to be valid and enforceable.
The Terms, and your relationship with EzReklama under the Terms, shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba. You and EzReklama agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Winnipeg, Manitoba to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms. Notwithstanding this, you agree that EzReklama shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.
