If there were times when you were accused by your ex girlfriend of being too jealous, then that is an area that you need to work on. By being able to admit this to yourself, you actually can work on getting her back. Don't think that you need to necessarily admit all of your faults to your ex though. That is not always the wisest decision.
3. To win back your girlfriend, you are going to need to have a strategy in place.
Without a strategy to win her back, you are relying on hope and luck and I have to tell you, that does not always play out very well. When you are really committed to getting her back, then you need to know what move to make and when to make it. You need to know how much time you should spend with her in the beginning and when to pull away. If you don't, then you do risk the chance that she will get away.
