You do not have to make a reservation and all major credit cards are accepted, cash and debit notwithstanding. Tickets are not refundable but will be valid for one year from the date of purchase. Location in Airport
Where is the YOW Airporter located? It’s conveniently located at the airport on the ground floor of the Arrivals terminal. As soon as you make your way down the escalator, you will see the waterfalls before you. Down below you will see the luggage area and if you look to the right exit that is where the yellow colored YOW Airporter ticket booth is located. The only drawback is that you might have to wait a little longer. The YOW Airporter leaves every 30 minutes. The last ride is just minutes before midnight. Small sacrifice to save lots of cash I would say. Pick-up times are on request only basis. If the weather is bad, you can sit on the green couches located behind the ticket booth and watch through the big wall of windows to see if your bus has arrived. If it’s nice outside you may want to wait outside by post #10 until you board the bus. Post #10 is right next to the “Inuksuk” stone landmark used by the Inuit people of the North that was commissioned and donated by “First Air.” Your driver will help you with the luggage and ask you which hotel you want to stop at. They will make a note of it on their writing pad. They do make “On Request Stops” so just ask.
