Beginning January 1, 2010, EzReklama will be hosting an annual writing contest on the articlesandblogs.ezreklama.com web site.  ARTICLESANDBLOGS.EZREKLAMA.COM is a directory of free online articles & blogs published by English language authors who want to share their knowledge, viewpoints and experience with our site visitors. The purpose of this contest is to identify and nurture hidden talent. The contest will be online on articlesandblogs.ezreklama.com. Entries are open worldwide to everyone 18 years of age and over. Teenagers 16 to 18 years of age are permitted to participate in the contest but you must obtain the approval of a parent (or guardian) in order to publish an article or blog on our site. A letter of consent  of the parent or guardian prior to publishing the article or blog must be sent to us along with the parent’s or guardian’s full name, city and telephone number for follow up purposes. We can be reached by emailing . Entries are limited to one per person. There is no entry fee required for submissions. The Contest is Void where prohibited by law. Employees and their immediate families, including household members, of  EzReklama are not eligible.

Contest Rules

To Enter the contest, please complete the following:

1. You, the writer must register an account and post your article with articlesandblogs.ezreklama.com. Registration is free.

2. An e-mail must be sent to contest@ezreklama.com with the following information:

a) Writer's name (and pen name if desired)

b) Complete Address, Address, City, Code, and Country of Origin

c) Phone number and Valid e-mail address

d) Photograph of author (optional, but desirable) and short author bio (one or two lines) that is to be printed with winners information

e) Title of article and category article published under after registering an account with us.

f) Ideally, your article will be between 500 to 1500 words.

3. A confirmation e-mail will be sent out from us. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation from us after 7 business days, please re-send your e-mail once more to contest@ezreklama.com as the requirements may not have been received.

4. EzReklama’s Submission Guidelines, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to all submissions.

5. Writer must submit entry in English and all material must be original and unpublished.

6. Prize winners agree to submit a one or two sentence summary of his/her impressions of the contest before the end of December 30^th, 2010.

7. Participants also agree that the decisions of EzReklama are final and binding with respect to all matters relating to the contest.

8. Submitting any entry automatically means that you have read and agree with all Terms and Conditions mentioned herein.  EzReklama shall not be held responsible for any misinterpretation of the above-mentioned rules and regulations whatsoever.

Winners and Notification:

The prizes will go to the articles with the highest number of votes from our site visitors, and the number of votes determines the prize order (First Place Prize is given to highest number of votes, Second Place Prize to second highest number of votes). Prize winnings will be shared in cases where two or more articles have the same number of votes.  A Contest 2010 Poll will be visible in the left hand column of our site for this purpose. Only one vote per person per day is allowed.

The winners will be notified via email they have won. The official results of this event will be published on the articlesandblogs.ezreklama.com web site within the EzReklama Press Room.

Prizes:

By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name and/or photograph and municipality of residence for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any medium which EzReklama may deem appropriate. EzReklama is only responsible for procuring and forwarding the said prize(s). All winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees as well as all additional costs that may be incurred.

First Place

First Prize, $100 dollars CDN cash prize, Press Release, and Featured article status for 30 days.

Second Place:

Runner-up Prize, $50 dollars CDN cash prize, Press Release, and Featured article status for 30 days.

Benchmark Dates and Deadlines:

Entries/Submissions/Registration Period: January 1, 2010 to June 30, 2010.

Voting Period: July 1, 2010 to November 30, 2010

Judges Review Period: December 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010

EzReklama to Contact Winners:: December 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010

Press Release Announcements: January, 2011

RE: NOTIFICATION: The selected winners will be notified by e-mail and by  telephone, if necessary. Failure to respond shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize. If the prize notification e-mail is returned as undeliverable after three (3) attempts, and/or telephone contact difficulties are encountered after three (3) attempts, an alternate winner will be selected. If, in EzReklama’s sole opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Promotion, Sponsors reserve the right to terminate the Promotion and conduct a computer generated random drawing to award the prizes, using all entries received as of the termination date. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Promotion is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsors or their agents.

RE: CONTESTANTS/ENTRIES

Contestants must send entries as required in the contest announcement in order to be eligible. Incomplete or incorrect entries are ineligible, null, and void. EzReklama will not be responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries. EzReklama is not responsible for entries that are sent but not received by EzReklama for any reason. Submissions are considered void if  incomplete, or counterfeit.

RE: TERMINATION OF CONTEST

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
