What font size should I use?
If you already have a pre-finished Word article or Notepad document and want to copy and paste it into the Article Body, Arial 12 is a nice easy read size. That is what you are seeing here. If you are typing your article directly within this Article Body choose Arial and Medium for your size. Use Large or Extra large font size for your title. Sub-headings may be Medium and bolded in size. These guidelines are practical and therefore recommended.

What is the "Tools" module for in the top right hand corner of the site?
The "Tools" module tab appears only when you click upon an article in order to read it. It appears in the top right hand corner of the web page.

What is the best way to transfer Word documents or any other Wordprocessing documents with contents that I have into the body of the WYSIWYG?
Sometimes I the hidden codes in MS Word or any other wordprocessing document get in the way of controlling your article or blog. MS Word, inserts invalid HTML tags, appropriate only for the MS Office environment. Here is what you can do to get rid of those tags before you paste your article or blog into our web site.
> 1. Open your article/blog for editing,
> 2. Copy the article/blog text to Notepad and from notepad paste it back into our web site WYSIWYG editor. This operation strips the MS Word office tags.
> 3. Now you can format (layout) your article or blog with our builtin WYSIWYG editor
> 4. Saving your article or blog every now and then is a good idea. I also copy the html code of all my articles and blogs and paste them all back in to Notepad where its stored safely. I could always "restore" an article from my backup Notepad file by clicking the Source button. When it turns blue it is now in html mode. Paste your code there and click source again and you will see your article layout on the screen as the viewer would see it.
Note: if you had any href tags and need to restore them, just use the href tag below and replace it with your URL address and text:
<a href="http://articlesandblogs.ezreklama.com/pub/articles/baking-cooking-food/the-almond-tree-sweetens-up-the-market-at-the-forks-7790.htm" style="font-size:11px;text-decoration:none; color: #010101;">Candy Store</a>
An added benefit to doing it this way is that the PDF generator will format your article or blog properly.
How do I create an HTML hypertext link for my article or blog post?

<a href="http://articlesandblogs.ezreklama.com/pub/articles/baking-cooking-food/the-almond-tree-sweetens-up-the-market-at-the-forks-7790.htm" style="font-size:11px;text-decoration:none; color: #010101;">Candy Store</a>

2. Click on the first letter associated with the authors username, and then click the white letter "i" (info) within the small blue circular button to the right of the author's avatar (picture) if there is an avatar at all. To access all his articles, you need to click the blue button next to any of the 20 articles. Any article will do. Then when his article appears on the screen, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the article selected and on the right hand side of the page you will the Author Block with his Avatar and the following information: username, the total number of articles and blogs this web author wrote, and a "View All" hypertext link.
